I agree with *thetawave2 it's too shallow of a depth. If you had gotten the entire spider (specially closest to the camera) in focus it would've been 10x better. Also, while I like most of the composition, I would like to have seen more of the spider not just the focus. That aside I like the fact you have the spider off to the side and not dead in the center. I also like the fact you have only the spider in color it really draws your focus to the spider. :)

I think your depth of field is a little too shallow here. It would have been nice to have the spider's legs a little more in focus (but perhaps not completely)
